Industrial grade AMD Kria™ SoM carrier card with FMC™ interface
An edge/embedded computer based on a AMD Kria™ System on Module (SoM). The SoM combines super fast AMD UltraScale+™ FPGA fabrics and ARM®-based System On Chip (SoC). All packed in a convenient custom form factor. The FMC™ mezzanine site allows for I/O adaptation or functionality extension.

One PS RAM DDR4 4 GBytes 2400 MT/s 64 bits interface (i.e. no ECC).
Onboard soldered down non-volatile memory:
One PS 512 Mbits QSPI device.
One PS 16GBytes eMMC device.
One PS 64Kbits SoM EEPROM device.
One PS 32Kbits carrier EEPROM device.
One PL 8 Mbits MRAM device.
Onboard expandable non-volatile memory:
One PS micro SD Card slot.
Two PS SATA M.2 2280 slots.
FMC™ expansion slot:
Supports either HPC or LPC mezzanine cards.
FMC LA - Connected to a single PL HP bank, powered from carrier generated VADJ. Voltage range: 1.0-1.8V.
FMC HA - Connected to a single PL HP bank, powered from carrier generated VADJ. Voltage range: 1.0-1.8V.
FMC HB - Connected to a single PS MIO bank and PL HD bank., powered from FMC generated VIO_B_M2C. Voltage options: <1.8,2.5V,3.3V>.
FMC DP [00-03] - 4x lanes connected directly to the PL GTY transceiver block.
